If you want the worst customer experience ever then you should order from here. If not.....then DON'T DO IT. These guys make mistakes and don't care that they make them. We ordered and waited for an hour. Only to find when our order came in that they forgot a plate of food. The driver said he would get the other order but it would take 15min and that all he had to do was make a call and he would let us know. He went to his car, used his phone and just took off. We didn't know if he was going to do what he said or what. We called Wok On Wheels on Grissom to find out what happened and they said that the order was cancelled and that if we wanted to redo it we could. Unacceptable business practices here. Please save yourself some time and order from any other place that this one.

I called in to place an order at 2pm...waited, waited, waited. At 3:30 I called in and cancelled my order. Staff made it seem as it was common practice. I will never order from this place again. I previously had ordered from there before and they did not give me any egg rolls as advertised as part of the meal. I do not recommend this place at all.

We ordered cashew chicken and shrimp in lobster sauce. The food arrived fast and hot. The hot and sour soups was delicious! The cashew chicken and shrimp entrees were sooo yummy! The driver was very friendly too! The only thing was there was way too many water chestnuts in the food. I'm sure next time if I ask for "light on the chestnuts" there will be no problem. The convenience of delivery was icing on the cake!!!!!

I tried both the Sweet & Sour Chicken and the General Tso's Chicken. Neither dish was bad, but neither dish was good either. The egg roll was slightly better. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, but it's not the worst I've had.

I placed an order for some Chinese Food for 5 plates and they said it would take an hour. One hour later we were still waiting for our food to be delivered when they're located about 15 minutes from us. I called to complain and the Manager (female) said that it should be their any minute. 1/2 hour later its still not here so I call to complain and tell them I'm going to cancel because my children are starving. And the Assistant Manager Mario just says okay I will cancel that order. No apology or offer for a discount or free food. So I asked to speak to the Manager and she says she is sorry but can offer the food at a 1/2 off. I'm telling her that it should be free for making us wait for an 1 1/2. She says she can't. So I will definitely not order from them again. They would rather lose my business then try and make us happy. So I will discourage my neighbors about their service.
