My wife and I spent a wonderful anniversary on the river on a Saturday evening back in mid April. I knew we would have to wait since the place is not very big. The wait was only an hour so we just went to another restaurant just down the way and had drinks till our hour was up. He had the guacamole for two to start off with with a few beers. They both were great!.. beers were ice cold and we could not stop eating the guacamole Our waittress was very pleasent had given us just enough attention to make sure our drinks were never empty. We had the blackened prime rib which was very tasty and cooked just right. I would reccommend Boudro's to anyone over one of the chain steak restaurants you can go to one of those next time your are in Arlington or Waco.

I have had many a first date at this restaurant. I absolutely love it. The blackened prime rib is so good. The staff is so nice and courteous. The place is a bit small, but the food definetely makes up for the lack of space. I always recommend this restaurant to tourists and friends. NOTE: Always show up early for a good table.
