30th Birthday Bouquet

I live in Ohio and my niece's 30th b-day was arriving. I didn't want to mess with national florists, so I went on line and found a florist that was close to my niece's zip code. Blooming Creations did a FANTASTIC job helping me create my order (had to have purple and blue flowers). When my niece received the flowers she said, "This has to be one of the most beautiful arrangements I have EVER received. It looks like the flowers were spray painted. They are absolutely gorgeous." Thank you Martha for doing a great job and putting my mind at ease, thousands of miles away. Blooming Creations definitely delivers!!!!!!!

Exceptional Service

A few weeks ago my sister in California sent me flowers for my birthday. My husband and I decided to spend the weekend in Dallas to celebrate my birthday so when I got a call from the delivery man stating he was from Blooming Creations Florist and was at my front door with a delivery, I told him we were out of town and would not be back home until the following Tuesday. He was very cheerful and told me it would be no problem and they would redeliver them when I return. Tuesday morning the flowers arrived and they were fresh and absolutely stunning. Even after two weeks, the arrangement was still beautiful and alive. My sister and I both were very impressed by the service and quality given and Blooming Creations have two more regular and satisfied customers.

I recently learned that a close friend of mine was in the hospital and want to send her flowers. I ordered the flowers on the internet, but I learned later that my friend was in ICU and couldn't receive flowers. Someone called me and let me know she was in ICU, but they would hold the order and check with the hospital and deliver the order as soon as she was out of ICU. She was in ICU almost a week, but got her flowers the day she was in a regular room. The flowers were beautiful and fresh. Blooming Creations went the extra mile and they have my business from now on.

The service was exceptional, the flowers lasted for more than a week ........I just love this flowershop, I have used them several times.

Placed order, was told it would be delivered by a certain date and it was not! Don't even have a way of tracking the order! Unbelievealbe.

This order was placed for Valentine's Day, our busiest day of the year. There was a problem processing this customer's order and we attempted to contact him immediately, by phone and email. We gave our contact information but heard nothing until after Valentine's Day when he realized his order was not delivered. We delivered the order with a note of apology to the recipient and refunded the customer his money.
