Very happy, they saved the day

I had originally hired another mover (Dependable Movers). They stood me up on the day I was supposed to move and never returned my calls. I had to move that day, so in a rush, I called other movers to see if anyone could come out that afternoon. All Aboard Movers was the first company I called and they were at my apartment within an hour. James and Joseph moved all my items quickly and were very nice. They accidently overcharged me, and in my haste, I didn't notice it ether. A week later, they called me to say they noticed the mistake and are sending me a refund in the mail. Honest and dependable. I was very happy. You should definitely hire these guys.

I received a rate/quote over the phone, and made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. The day before the appointment I received a confirmation call and the movers called when they were on their way. They were actually about 15min early, which was nice. My 2 movers were exceptional and seemed to enjoy moving. They cared about my furniture and nothing was damaged or even scratched, and most of my furniture is dark wood. I would definitly refer this company to my friends and family. Two small cons; I was only moving 2 miles away and I was not given/offered a discount for the $35 gas surcharge fee. Most movinig companies "shrink" wrap your furniture, but this place charges a $20 fee and it usually makes it easier for the movers to move things wrapped. I chose not too due to the fee. Unfortunately, our travel fee is not just calculated between the length of the move but us getting to you and us coming back. Yes, we may or may not charge for shrink wrap. This depends on how much would be used, as every move and the amount and type of pieces are different. We do offer the use of our rubber bands for free instead of shrink wrap on some applications. I have been using All Aboard Movers for several years now for personal moves and for my clients moving needs. The owner Justin has been very helpful and professional with each and every move. Justin has helped me [as well as my clients] several times on short notice and been very affordable. I highly recommend All Aboard Movers.

WOW, what a great moving company!!! I needed to move my 90 year old grandfather out in 2 days due to an injury that happened at his independent living facility. I booked them on Sunday and they were able to move him on Tuesday as requested. They called to confirm on Monday just like he (Justin) promised and then called me on Tuesday to let me know he could be there even earlier than promised, which worked great since I was getting on flight to go back to Houston that day. They boxed everything and asked us how we wanted everything pakaged, etc. Then move him out, all done in 3 hours. Very friendly staff and everything ran flawless. It was the best moving experience I have ever had. Also, prices are very reasonable! A sincere thank you to your moving company for coming to my rescue!!
