I called these guys up to make a move, roughly 2 weeks in advance of the move. Get a time and date scheduled without any problems. The day before, one of the dispatchers gives me a call to confirm that everything is still on, and that the movers would give me a call roughly 30min prior to their arrival. The day of the move comes, and my 12-1 window is fast coming to an end.. at about 12:45 I give them a call asking for an updated time frame. Dispatcher says he will call the driver, gets back to me after less than a minute on hold, and says they're running a bit behind schedule and just finished a job on the other side of town, they'll be there in about 30 minutes. At about 2pm Best Price Movers show up (That's another bad review) They tell me that A&B sold my move to them and proceed to start packing. I should have just told them to leave... live and learn I suppose. Almost an hour goes by, I've gotten no phone call, I call them and get their voicemail. Maybe they're at lunch. I start calling them again close to 2pm, and close to every 15minutes after that, all day until I gave up at 5pm all I got was voice mail, never even got a call back on any of the messages I left.

Lets first start by saying that this company false advertises that they are a member of the BBB or Better Business Bureau. I started doing some research about this company after they damaged an antique imported coffee table and an antique china cabinet. I got the run a round through trying to make a claim from the office. They said they would send someone out to look at it, but they never came out. They asked me to send in pictures and they would process the claim, (never heard from them). In looking at one of their business cards they left me when they finished moving me i noticed that it had a BBB stamp on the card. I tried to look them up but they are not an accredited company? I also noticed that they do have an F- rating as a company with the Better Business Bureau. Contacted Tx. Dot and had a remediation call with this company in which they offered me .60 cents per pound of article that was damaged. Nothing but a nightmare with these guys and i will never get anything remotely close to the amount of damages they did!!!!!!!!!!!

Need I say more!!!!!!! I was quoted one price, but in reality it was a lot more. The service was horrible, they broke multiple pieces of furniture, sales person was nice at time of booking but on the day of the move it was a whole lot different. HIDDEN ARRIVAL FEES, and I have no recourse to get my furniture repaired. Late...Very late. After all this the driver had the nerve to hit on me throughout to move and finally ask for my number in front of my fiance... he said he "didn't realize he was my fiance" NO COMMON SENSE.? NO RESPECT!

I had a move done by this company yesterday and they were just great. They got to my place during the scheduled time. The gentlemen they sent were kind and polite, and were a great help. Good thing they knew how to take my bed apart and back together because I didn’t. They also were finished with my move in a timely manner. I will tell my co-workers and family about them.

Let me just say that the original movers bailed out on me and a&b movers were there to move me that same day i needed them to. I am so glad i called them, the movers did a wonderful job taking care of my furniture. and i paid less than i would have if i would have moved with the other guys. i would definately tell everyone i know to use these movers.
