Constructed in 1929, the recently restored Majestic Theatre is known as one of the most ornate theaters in the country. The 2311-seat theater with its Mediterranean Style decor is home to the San Antonio Symphony and Broadway in San Antonio, and has hosted shows by such artists as B.B. King, Jerry Seinfeld, and Isaac Stern, as well as an array of Broadway musicals.
